I was not aware prostitution was legal in Aussie land? Perhaps if confined to certain areas, as in Nevada?

Perth is called the most isolated big city in the world? Maybe they need company from time to time? At least - on this occasion - good behavior and outstanding comportment on the part of the U.S. sailors was the rule? At least, no "Brownout Strangler" reported!
