Also, hard to determine with validity the type of reporting as contained in this article. But, from what I have seen, it appears to be genuine.

Believe me when I tell you this is the sort of stuff that not so long ago would have ONLY been seen as reports submitted to the highest echelons of government, and with caveats such as Eyes-Only-Deliver-During-Office-Hours-Controlled-Document, etc.
